More: Woman took Christmas card photos with her one true love — KFC chicken
Bridget should be an inspiration to every single girl this Christmas. For the past five years, she has put together her own festive greetings to prove that not being part of a couple doesn't mean you can't put yourself out there on people's mantelpieces this season.
Her sister, Reddit user macbubs, explained: "I have four sisters. Me and three of my sisters are married. Bridget is not. My parents decided it would be awkward to have a Christmas card with just one daughter in it, so they cut Bridget out of their Christmas card (the married siblings all do their own. except me. I’m lazy)."

In previous years, Bridget's Christmas cards have mainly centred around alcohol, with other (presumably) single friends joining her to set the scene. But this year she's chosen only one feathered friend to help her send messages of goodwill — a chicken. (The alcohol is there too, of course, because singledom.)
Single girl's Christmas card
It's hilarious. It's awkward. It perfectly sums up what being single at Christmas is all about.
