"Please help me find and identify this creep," she captioned a video she posted on her Facebook profile. "Not only did he film my crotch and backside, along with the same of at least 8 other women that i personally witnessed in less than 10 minutes, but I decided to confront him after watching him do the same to 2 girls who could not have been more than 14 years old. DISGUSTING."

Dillan told Cosmopolitan that she noticed that the man was videotaping her, but flipped around when she noticed him. He was parked near her, so "I got into my vehicle and realigned the side mirror. I watched for about 10 minutes. I could see him and the viewfinder on his camera... he was maybe about three feet away."
And she said what she saw floored her.
"I could see him zooming in on [women's] crotch areas," she told the magazine. "He had the camera positioned low. He was zooming in on crotches. When they walked by, he would nonchalantly turn and zoom in on their asses."

She started to call the police, but decided to forego that in favor of making him just as uncomfortable as he made her. "Am I making you uncomfortable? You don't like being filmed without your permission?" she asked the unidentified man trying to walk away. "Because that's what you were doing."

At first he denied it, but eventually asked, "Why do you think I would need your permission?"
"You want to talk legal semantics with me right now?" Dillan argued back. "If you're going to be a creep and film girls on Newbury Street, you should have a lawyer."
She managed to follow the married man — judging from the wedding ring Dillan said she observed — around for several minutes, asking him to delete the footage on the camera. Eventually she raised her voice so others on the street could hear what she was saying.

"I wasn't scared of him," she said. "If you have the balls to do something like this on the busiest street in Boston, you're a special kind of coward... if you're brash and brazen enough to do that, you deserve to be called out."
The man has yet to be officially identified, but commenters on Facebook claim to have found him.
"I basically turned the table on him," she told Cosmo. "Hopefully he got the message."
